I’m glad you’re taking a moment to get to know me.

I’m Nathalie — holistic and transformation guide, channeler of and channel for Universal Nature Frequencies, ritual designer and facilitator.

My path began almost twenty years ago with Tera Mai Reiki, in which I completed all degrees up to Master Teacher, and I also received shamanic initiations. Reiki was a gateway, yet eventually it felt like a jacket that had become too small. During sessions and meditations, but also during my journeys to power places, I received intuitive insights that reached further than the system allowed. Out of deep respect for that system, I chose not to alter it and instead let my own method emerge: Universal Nature Frequencies — an energetic technique that works with the different layers of the universe and with nature, and for which I am a channel.

When my husband and I wanted to shape our wedding ceremony a few years ago, we knew that a church ceremony didn’t resonate with us. But a secular ceremony lacked that extra dimension — the connection to something greater and to nature. Our deepest wish was a spiritual nature ceremony on a beach on l’île d’Oléron in France. What first seemed outside of me turned out to be an invitation to remember my own power. So I designed a ceremony myself, inspired by the four elements and carried by the fifth: the essence, the unseen, the connecting force and with Celtic and Chamanic influences, reflecting our essence.

My experience organizing events and company retreats in my previous job came in handy for planning this wedding abroad. But it was my holistic side that brought the depth, attunement, and magic to the ceremony. What I felt there was a revelation. Yet everyday life caught up with me again, and I let it rest — like a seed you place in the earth. Only later did it begin to grow, exactly when I was ready for it.

Once this realization came, I enrolled in a training program for ritual facilitation, seeking clear tools to guide ceremonies. Along the way, I discovered the healing power of rituals — how they connect, comfort, and transform, and intuitively how my holistic approach could give them additional depth.

Since then, I have been guiding ceremonies for those who long for a soulful form: to celebrate the union of two souls, to honor goodbyes, transitions, growth, or simply to celebrate life.

Alongside frequency attunements and ceremonies, I guide forest‑bathing sessions and offer guided meditations. Because safety and care are essential to me, I completed courses in various awareness and relaxation methods, including a Basic Hypnosis Course and Spiritual Hypnosis. I use this background as an added depth in my way of guiding, where I incorporate light hypnosis elements to support meditations, without any therapeutic intention. These meditations and forest‑bathing sessions can add an extra dimension to a personal transformation process, in which I lovingly support you in reconnecting with or developing your own light and inner strength, or they can stand on their own.

My deep love for animals also led me, in my previous career, into the pet industry. In addition to regular care, I have always supported my pets with energetic work, which has brought beautiful results. That is why I now want to give animals a place as well, both through energetic work and for those who wish to have a meaningful ceremony to say goodbye to their loyal companion.
